Description:

Banner ads will be placed on templates for the Eastside Volleyball Club newsletter. E-NEWS will be sent 1 to 2 times per month and will consist of an overview on what is happening at EVC, new events, new programs, leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments and more. This will be sent to all Junior and Adult subscribers.

Banner ads will be placed on templates for all Junior Olympic emails. Emails can go out as much as 10 times per month and will be sent out for schedules, camps, clinics, open gyms, tournaments, leagues and more.

Adult Connection
Banner ads will be placed on templates for all emails for adult volleyball. Emails can go out as much as 10 times per month and will be sent out for leagues, league schedules, league standings, camps, clinics, open gyms, tournaments and more.

Website Banner Advertising

Description:

Ads will be placed on pages within Eastsidevolleyballclub.com/Eastsideclevelandjuniors.com website. The top and bottom leaderboard banner ads will consist of 5 sponsors with the ads rotating randomly. The tile ads and skyscraper ads will be static on each page. The logo placement at the bottom will contain a list of sponsors and their logo scrolling across the bottom of the web page.

Available Opportunities:

Logo placement: Logo of ad scrolling along bottom. Link will take you to sponsor landing page on Eastside's website with an image of logo and a link to your website
Tile Ad: 20 spots available/year (5 sponsors rotating in 4 positions)
Leaderboard Ad: 10 spots available/year (5 sponsors rotating in 2 positions)
Skyscraper Ad: 3 spots available/year (3 sponsors rotating in 1 position)

Tracking:

Reports will be generated for traffic to our site, including most visits per page. Click thrus must be tracked by sponsors web analytic programs.

Facility Advertising

Banner ad will be inside our Eastside Volleyball Club Sports Complex and will be positioned by the volleyball courts. Banners can be up to 8’ wide x 4’ high and must be supplied by the vendor.

Banner ads that are supplied must be able to hang on a wall or net. They can be either black & white, 2 color or 4 color. Please check with your printer for print specifications.
