Eastside Cleveland Junior’s all inclusive program structure
has the following levels:
Elite — (18 Elite, 17 Elite, 16 Elite, 15 Elite, 14 Elite**)
This is the top level at Eastside. This level is designed for the top level athlete
who is looking for a challenging training environment along with a superior commitment
to the team. These teams will practice three times a week and play in 10 tournaments
including 3 qualifiers, most of which are multiple day events. These tournaments
will be throughout the midwest. Elite teams will be determined by a tryout process.
All teams will be guaranteed to compete in a National Championship tournament, either
at the Girls Junior National Championships in Atlanta, GA or the AAU National Championships
in Orlando, FL.
Cost: $2000, based on 10 players per team. If there are less than ten, the other
players will each pay the proportionate fee.
**14 Elite will attend 9 tournaments including two Junior National Qualifiers, fees
will be $1800.
National — (13 Elite, 14 Ice, 15 Ice, 16 Ice and 17/18 Ice)National
level teams are designed for the top level athlete who is looking for challenging
training in a competitive environment. Teams will practice 3 times a week and play
in 7 tournaments including two qualifiers, most of which are multiple day events.
The tournaments will be throughout the midwest. These teams will be determined by
a tryout process.
Cost: $1500, based on 10 players per team. If there are less than ten, the other
players will each pay the proportionate fee.
National — (12 Elite)National level teams are designed for
the top level athlete who is looking for challenging training in a competitive environment.
This teams will practice 3 times a week and play in 7 tournaments including the
OVR Bid Qualifier. The tournaments will be in the OVR. This team will be determined
by a tryout process.
Cost: $1200, based on 10 players per team. If there are less than ten, the other
players will each pay the proportionate fee.
American (15—16) The American level was designed by the OVR
for players wanting to play at a high level but with a limited travel schedule.
Teams in this level will play in the Bid Play-in Tournament, OVR Regional Championships,
5 one day OVR tournaments and 2 American Challenges. These teams will be determined
by a tryout process.
Cost $1400
American (13—14) The American level was designed by the OVR
for players wanting to play at a high level but with a limited travel schedule.
Teams in this level may play in multiple regional challenges, the Bid Play-in tournament
(if available), OVR Regional Championships and 4 one day OVR tournaments. These
teams will be determined by a tryout process.
Cost $1250
Regional (15—18) This level of team is designed for the player
looking to increase their volleyball skills and is the typical JO experience. These
teams will practice 3 days a week and play in 8 tournaments in the regional area.
Typically all tournaments are within a 1.5 hour drive of Mentor with the exception
of the OVR Regional Championships held in Columbus, Ohio. These teams will be determined
by a tryout process.
Cost: $1250
Regional (12—14) This level of team is designed for the player
looking to increase their volleyball skills and is the typical JO experience. These
teams will practice 3 days a week and play in 8 tournaments in the regional area.
Typically all tournaments are within a 1.5 hour drive of Mentor with the exception
of the OVR Regional Championships held in Columbus, Ohio. These teams will be determined
by a tryout process.

Regional (10—11) This level of team is designed for the player
looking to increase their volleyball skills. These teams will practice 3 days a
week and attend 6 tournaments in the regional area. Typically all tournaments are
within a 1.5 hour drive of Mentor with the exception of the OVR Regional Championships
held in Columbus, Ohio. These teams will be determined by a tryout process.
Cost: $850
DIVA(Developmental and Instructional Volleyball Academy) —
The DIVA program was designed for the youth player interested in learning the game
while making a lesser commitment to the program. These teams will practice twice
a week and play in 5 tournaments at the Eastside Volleyball Club. All players looking
to play in the DIVA program will be accepted.
Cost: $500
